Add fungal taxonomy #29

@richfitz, I have the fungal lookup table to add now, but do you have any thoughts on how to structure this in the current version of datastorr. I'm not sure how to handle multiple files. Is that possible yet?

I guess this is https://github.com/richfitz/datastorr/issues/6 . Is that still in progress?
