Error running prodigal with auto lineage #21

I wanted to run busco on all my mouse genomes with auto lineage. I go the error that it doesn't find the intermediate file:

/scratch//intermediate_results/results_any2fasta/batch_number_804--auto-lineage-prok/MGG35809.fasta

I don't know if it's due to the two dashes. or an error of copying. You are doing the same for #17 , don't you?

It was a problem with symlink with non-zipped files... I fixed it, but directly on GitHub because I left the MacBook in the office because Jing needs it for tomorrow presentation. Try to fetch it again from here, I hope it works on the first try :)

Sorry it's not yet solved. :-(

Also I should check why the error message is send to the cluster log file and not the normal log.

@trickovicmatija You shouldn't fix this now. We can try it tomorrow.
