Update the snakemake wrapper for BUSCO #4

Update the snakemake wrapper for BUSCO. It helps to resolve some of the difficulties of Busco. E.g. that one cannot freely choose the output folder. I hope it shows you also dome of the best practices for snakemake coding.

@trickovicmatija Busco puts the lineages in the directory busco_downloadsinside the working directory? Is there a way to place it into the db dir?
