I'm referring to the last point of the FAQ list, where can I find the plugin preference for trakt plugin?

Open the "Channels" view in Plex/Web
Hover over the "Trakt.tv" plugin, and click on the settings button

If you can't see the "Trakt.tv" plugin listed, it's probably not installed correctly or is crashing on startup for some reason... post the latest plugin log file if that's the case.
