I did some poking around and cannot see an obvious "watched history" screen / API for Hulu. They appear to hide that type of data

Is this still not doable? I use Hulu more than any other service

They don't have an API, but it's possible to get a PDF with a watch history through their profile page.

It should be possible to do an offline scrobble with that I think.
