There is native trakt plugin for Jellyfin

https://github.com/jellyfin/jellyfin-plugin-trakt

You can change configuration per user and exclude some libraries. Since it is server side it works across Jellyfin application (web, mobile, desktop)

I've been having issues with the Trakt plugin for Jellyfin not working and was looking for an alternative which also supported other services. I'll go ahead and submit a bug report to Jellyfin though.
