And I can reach and login to the Plex Media Server with this address with my browser with no problem. The port-forwarding is done with a FritzBox 7490.
The Proxy options are used to enable a proxy server if one is required on your network to access the Internet, it sounds like you are instead entering your Plex Media Server address?
If you don't require a proxy server on your network, just leave those fields empty.

I'm not able to setup the Scrobbler. I'm always getting this Tunnel connection error.
I'm on a QNAP HS-251 (FW 4.3.3) with Plex Media Server 1.5.5.3634.

Of course I put the right "Proxy - Username" and "Proxy - Pass" in the settings as well. I tried here the Username and Pass of the Plex Media Server as well... just to try. No success. The rest of the settings (except the authentication) i left as it was. Any further settings I have to check?
Then the next problem is (if I get it work) that my static IP for the Proxy will be something like http://plex.abcdefg012345.myfritz.net:32200. But it seems it's not possible to use an address like this for the proxy, is it? But this next... first I would love to get it work at all.
