pluging not load / don't show into Channels #498

hello

I tried to install the plugins via the unsupported appstore and manually, but Track.tv don't show into Channels.

I tried a fresh installation of the plugins but nothing!

I run a out of the box windows 10 x64 fresh installation with the last plex fresh installed

this is the plex log: Plex Media Server.log

and this is the trakt log: com.plexapp.plugins.trakttv.log

I think the problem is with the cryptography test that do nothing... But i can't figure out how to fix it

can someone help me?
