kodi sync not working well #622

Expected Behavior

i have 2 kodi 20 and one infuse 6.4 and when I finish watching a movie I expect the playback to be synchronized on all devices. also if i remove the "watched" status from trakt.tv i expect this status to be replicated on all my libraries

Current Behavior

sync not working preperly i check the kodi.log and i see only this: 2023-08-17 09:33:28.917 T:1236 info : start trakt with arguments: {'action': 'sync'}

Kodi 21 Lost my entire progress because Kodi removed anidb and switched to tvdb and to top it off traktv is not marking the watched items either over 12k shows ....

I might have to uninstall and reinstall and get it to remake my token ?

yep had to create a new token , how about something to flag you that its expired , looks like the last year or so was not updating traktv ...

I doubt, that Kodi wants you to use tvdb - should be tmdb

tmdb for Anime ? isn't that just for movies ?

all I know is tvdb picked up about ~500 out of 12k and tvdbnew picked up 8 and that is even after renaming everything from anidb to tvdb formats with filebot
if filebot can use their system for the renaming why is the kodi scraper so usless ... like how the heck can "Night Raid 1931" be picked up as "Knight Rider"
