Move make_deb.sh out of Packaging #13

Currently the build process places the make_deb.sh script in the root after installation. This isn't desirable. This PR changes that.

I also added zerotier-one as a dependency. If that's not desirable then I can remove it.

Dang, I would have given you credit but I literally just pushed the fix. It's basically the same tho. Only thing is you missed the very first cd, that's not needed if the current directory is already the root. Sorry if this bothers you. I'll close the PR.
