This PR is the final entry in the Config V2 series, where all places v1 config is used is switched over to v2, making it 3 / 3 PRs.
Note that this PR has some slight problems:
fully disabled TUI config editor for SeekStep
partially working TUI config editor for SaveLastPosition (only the simple settings, if others are set config editor is ignored and not saved)
i might have forgot to change some places from navigation_keys.right (L) to their respective counterpart (like playlist_keys.play_selected) and will have to be changed later

@tramhao i am once again asking to more in-depth review this PR and try it locally before merging.
In addition, once again tagging @myypo for the final time in this series for some additional feedback now that the config is actually in use.
