APK upload stuck at: "100%, processing..."

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Upload should complete successfully.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
APK size is just over 2 MB and I am able to upload a < 300 KB APK but not the 2 
MB file.

Thank you for opening this issue, there was a missing error message, should 
work now.

If you're trying to upload the package com.samsung.*, you might not be able to 
do that. There are package names (com.google.*, com.rovio.* and some others) 
which are forbidden to upload to avoid spreading of hacked/pirated software.

Please, select different package name for your software, or if you're really 
working with/for Samsung to create that particular package, please, contact us 
to get permission to upload.
