Mobile menu offset when page is scrolled #31

If you scroll the page with the mobile-menu enabled, when you open the menu, the footer pushes the bottom of the menu off-screen. This makes it a bit awkward to select the first item in the menu, e.g. localhost_dropbox_hp-grav_ iphone 5_se

A better approach might be to match the height of the viewport, and hide the 'scrollTop' icon, e.g. localhost_dropbox_hp-grav_ iphone 5_se 1
