Added fr (French) translation #12

I have made a 77% French translation. If there are some Frenchies here to read it and improve it, it could be cool ;-). Here is the xml:

I'm afraid of adding translations, because then I would also need to maintain them. Thanks for your contribution, but I close this issue for now.
