Tier 15-20 offsets (rings/trinkets) #1

Describe the bug Upgrading the rings and trinkets from tier 15 to 16 works fine. Then whenever you try to upgrade it to tier 17 it does not work. the stills gives you the quest for tier 16 and not the tier 17. Other pieces works fine it's just the rings and trinket that have the issue. I was thinking maybe because of the repeatable quest's affecting it.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Serpentshrine Cavern (tier 16-20)'
  2. Click on 'Miscellaneous Quest'
  3. tier 16 rings and trinkets

Expected behavior It's suppose to upgrade from tier 16 to 20, but it doesn't work at all.

Additional context Also the name of the npc is Miscellanous, It should be Miscellaneous. Just a small typo.
