What steps will reproduce the problem?
==> 1. Run the script on a french windows machine
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
==> Unicode encoding exception
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
==> Windows XP French
Please provide any additional information below.
==> Changing the encoding in the python file and recompiling it doesn't seem to
correct the problem, I have tested with both utf-8 and cp1252.
