Gas used metrics are incorrect #71

Describe the bug

As pointed out by @stronk-dev the livepeer_orch_reward_gas_used and livepeer_orch_winning_ticket_gas_used metrics return the gas limit instead of the used gas (see https://github.com/transcodeninja/livepeer-exporter/pull/67#issuecomment-1842526499). This is caused by this upstream bug.
