re-fix "hide preview of quote-renote" #166

I'm not sure how this got lost. I think a "merge from upstream" replaced those lines, and I didn't notice.

I originally added these changes in f31f6011115fb345f3bd2c3cf3938abfaabf37de

Without this change, quote-renotes from non-*Key instances are rendered both as quotes (good) and as link previews (useless, annoying)
