publish image in docker hub #113

Hello, Would it be possible to publish the docker image in docker hub? I see there is an action set up for it but searching for cloudflare-prometheus-exporter in docker hub returns no results. Thanks!

there is a github workflow in the repo for this. https://github.com/transferwise/cloudflare-prometheus-exporter/blob/master/.github/workflows/dockerhub.yml and it ran successfully in the past https://github.com/transferwise/cloudflare-prometheus-exporter/actions/workflows/dockerhub.yml I don't know what happened since then. The image seems to be deleted from dockerhub.

Hi, is there any work in progress. I would love to try the exporter as docker image :)
