Project appears to be unmaintained/dead

As the only meltano Redshift target, there appears to be no support anymore:

• Last functional commit ~3 years ago.
• Dependabot config commit ~2 years ago.
• No further PR reviews/commits from transferwise employees.
• No Support for python 3.10+

Is there any opportunity for:

• Electing new/additional maintainers to do reviews/merges?
• Pushing for more ownership in Transferwise to maintain this project?
• Updates on maintenance expectations?
• Transferring ownership of the repo?

For everyone still in need of a new Redshift target. I am currently testing mine, everything seems to be working nicely!
