Barcode not scanning when Printed to PVC #6

When I generate my barcode and print it to the pvc stock card it wont scan. What file type should I save my pdf417 barcode as prior to printing?

I am Still Having the same issue. I have tried 'placing' the barcode into photoshop and Not freetransforming and still Nothing. Not even grey scale? some one help! Are there updated modules?
