Building doors on top of ladders

Building doors directly where a ladder is, either killing it (but not killing its support) or placing it above. The way it works now makes it too tedious to close openings crammed with ladders (like shop ceilings as a result of expanding a castle upwards with a line of ladders).

I can imagine that we could make it so doors can replace ladders on placement.

1552 aims to do this with stone doors replacing wood doors (but it's not finished).
