Coloured rectangles for voting system #1599

Describe the feature

This feature would include only different (by colour) rectangles where the vote info is placed (say, votekick will have red color, next map - blue and etc)

This is already implemented on a known mod "Armored Warfare" and people vote less mindlessly: custom vote (extending remaining match time, which is coloured in yellow, usually always passes, surrender coloured in green and passes less frequently than on regular CTF matches, and the nextmap vote, which is coloured in blue passes almost never if vote has no arguable reasons for a next map) Screenshot 2023-03-01 214402
