Archer fake charge bug #1807

Description

  1. Be archer
  2. Charge up arrow but don't let go yet
  3. Get hit and knocked back by something.

Sometimes you will be in "charging up an arrow" state but when letting go, no arrow is shot and nothing happens.

This happens 100% reliably when getting hit by enemy knight jab.

You can go to ~Sandbox~ TDM and in console insert AddBot("");

When the bot knight jabs you while you are charging up arrow, you will be in the bug state always (looks like you charge up arrow but you aren't).
