Tunnel team platform bug #1817

Description

When traveling to a destination tunnel with team platforms right underneath it, there is a chance (about 30%) that you will fall through. It happened in CTF yesterday and I verified it in testing in Sandbox. It seems to be more likely to happen if the two tunnels are a great distance apart.
