Don't deplete coins for dying when match hasn't started (TDM) #1961

Current in-game behaviour.

1) Be the only player in a TDM server. 2) Drop into a hole 3) Lose coins

Suggestion

When there is no opponent and you drop in a hole, you will instantly respawn and the death isn't counted on the scoreboard. With the death not counting and having no relevance, neither should your coins get depleted for it.
