Make it possible to hide mines consistently behind platforms #2076

Assume this:

Player creates Platform 1 and Bridge 1, then buys/spawns a Mine, then creates Platform 2 and Bridge 2.

Current in-game behaviour.

Mine cannot be hidden in Platform 1 and Bridge 1.
Mine can be hidden behind Platform 2 and Bridge 2 but only sometimes, it seems.
Mine can be hidden behind Bridge 2 consistently after it was opened by enemy player.

Proposed Change

Mine can be hidden behind any Platform or Bridge at all times.

Additional Context

I will create more PRs after more of my existing PRs are merged into the game.
