Nursery (old building) will continue to spawn seeds even after the limit has been reached (Build 4762) #2083

Description

Spawn a nursery in online Sandbox. Notice it will keep spawning seeds forever. Did not happen in previous build.

Having a nursery in online Sandbox will eventually lag up the server.

I will not work on more PRs until more of my existing PRs are merged into the game.
