Make an "Invisible" mode for admins #233

While in that mode, server shouldnt display connect message and show that they are in spectators currently. I dont think this needs an explanation.

Addressed from a different approach with admin red name toggle. Might still be worth-while, KAG community is small enough that "bad bois" might know admin names.
