Release KAG on consoles and possibly charge price for console versions #721

Describe the feature Not all video game players play games on the computer. I think if kag was released for consoles it would not only generate new players but would also help support the game (even if console versions were free too).

I wish this was possible - but is not. We don't even have SDKs for console development. Not mentioning the part where we have no people who will work on this.

I can only wish that things were different, maybe it will change in future, but I doubt it.

can't you get SDKs from nintendo, sony, and microsoft? also ya I don't have a idea to get more people to work on this. they would have to have access to engine source

First they would have to make controller support(kag isnt playable on controller to be Frank only knight is possible builder and archer are impossible due to complexity). After that then this which is a pipedream.

how is archer and builder impossible? movement and direction could be separated to the 2 joysticks. direction being slash, bow, build angle.

You probably couldn't get grappling or block placing to be precise enough to not be frustrating as hell, not without some serious work and innovation.

hmm grappling hook could be made to extend as long as you hold the button. idk about build angle, maybe have it so the more you push in one direction (not movement) with the joystick the farther away you place things
