Arrows' point of impact is inconsistent #854

SHOOTING KEGS:

sometimes the keg falls, sometimes the enemy (or his shield) gets hit

this seems to happen regardless of type arrow or distance

most likely works the same with fire arrows

WATER ARROWS STUNS

Shooting water on shield is also buggy and inconsistent, apparently https://github.com/transhumandesign/kag-base/issues/687 wasn't fixed after all :(

2nd water arrow issue - sometimes u can stun through 2 layers of walls, sometimes u can't

My guess (but I know nothing about code):

I believe this is related to the exact point in space on where arrows are destroyed. Even if enemy is shielding, on slow-mo you can notice that they sometimes actually disappear behind the enemy or in the middle of their character, rather than at the shield (although not always, which is why shielding water seems to work randomly).
