cmdClient not handling gpucorr early exit results in defunct process #10

If TCP connections are broken between pipelines and server (say due to pipeline failure), or server and gpucorr, the gpucorr at least crashes. The raised exception due to this is not handled by cmdClient, leading to a defunct process. This cannot be killed via a subsequent QUIT command by acontrol.

Just noticed this is a duplicate with some additional info. on the process becoming defunct.
