Write calibrated QuickLook images to disk #11

The QuickLook images are generated by applying a one time calibration to the received data. These need to be written out to disk such that they can be searched. I suggest having a folder per day to hold these, and to currently write them out as png. Filename can indicate time/freq/pol/array_config of observation.

PNG images are being created, but currently without metadata. Issue will be closed when we either get metadata, or start storing images as FITS.
