Currently, a stable snapshot of the GPU correlator implementation by John Romein (ASTRON) is manually maintained, with hardcoded paths to the binaries. John is not in favour of using versioning, so for the sake of standardization, we should maintain this ourselves. This applies both to the currently stable 6-station correlator, and the soon to be released 12-station correlator which is substantially different.
