ssh control by mcu001 requires an open ssh session, since the remote side programs are not daemonized.
The new cmdClient interface is a python based listener which accepts commands from acontrol over TCP and returns a status.
It manages launching of all programs on the remote side, and presents a common interface on all processing blocks to mcu001.

OK, this is finally complete. Works well if started on a clean slate on each target machine. (currently, ais001 for running pipelines, ads001 for server, gpu02 for correlator.) Does not work well if the processes started by cmdclient are killed externally, since cmdclient currently does not check the process status, and tries to kill them on receiving a STOP command.

Tested using acontrol and firing of pipelines (64 nos), server and correlator,
