cmdclient stdout of various commands do not append to nohup file #25

A nohup file is created the first time cmdclient is run (from a users .bashrc). This should be updated with all subsequent calls to the underlying processes, but doesn't seem to reliably do this everytime.

Actually it does, maybe better formatting will help see the separate sessions.
