Determine HBA mode, convert chosen subbands to sky frequency #26

Several HBA modes are available (see http://www.astron.nl/radio-observatory/astronomers/users/technical-information/frequency-selection/station-clocks-and-rcu for info.). In order for atv to work, we need proper frequency information about the subbands available to us, irrespective of the Nyquist zone.

We need a way of determining the Nyquist zone of the selected HBA observation, and set the frequency of the station appropriately.
