AARTFAAC parset in addition to LOFAR parset

• AARTFAAC users should be able to set the subbands to observe in a centralized manner. Acontrol should take care of propagating the requested subbands through the chain, from setting the station hardware sdo set, to making sure the final images have the correct frequency labels.
• We should possibly have a single control and monitoring interface from where users (if they have the permissions) could set the subbands to observe.
• Here, we could in principle also include stations/antennae to flag, in addition to relying on the real-time check for bad antennas.

• This could be done in a similar way as the lofar parsets, by watching a known directory for new aartfaac parsets. Alternatively, we could setup a communication between acontrol and the monitoring interface, and pass the relevant parameters over TCP.

Possible list of (power) user configurable options:

• Subbands to observe
• Freq./Time splat width (Spectral/temporal integration time of the images)
• Permanently flagged antennae
• Data areas on where the pipeline machines should write out images
