High-bandwidth imaging #4

Making images of a significant bandwidth (> 1 MHz?) will require taking account of the bandpass and probably full spectral-index based MFS. This requires prototyping before implementation.

A sidenote: Spoke to Ralph on whether we need to place all our subbands in the most sensitive part of the LBA band for sensitive images, or spread it around the bandpass for spectral coverage... predictably, he wants both! The former may require MFS if we get ~13 MHz, but for the latter, we can just addup visibilities like we do already for upto 1 MHz... At full AARTFAAC bandwidth and for sources far from the zenith, the smearing might be significant.
