SQLAlchemy does not generate unique key for multiple columns in MonetDB #480

After running trap-manage.py initdb for MonetDB, the tables that should have unique keys with multiple columns do not, e.g., config, runningcatalog_flux.

This issue will likely be resolved in the new redesign of the source association and other SQL commands in TraP R7. Closing this issue.
