Stuck in "Creating download job" #188

Hello,

I have a new resource and when I try to fetch the translations, it seems to be stuck.

$ tx pull --all --skip --workers 1 | cat
...
# Pulling files
... # existing resource
<project>.<new_resource> [ar] - Pulling file
<project>.<new_resource> [ar] - Creating download job

and just wait there forever.

Any idea?

If the tx pull command seems to be stuck when fetching translations for a new resource, you can try the following steps:

  1. Check your internet connection: First, make sure that your internet connection is stable and there are no issues with your network firewall or settings.

  2. Check the translation platform status: Check the status of the translation platform you're using. You can check the service status page on the platform's website or contact their support team for further assistance.

I have contacted the support team in the meantime and it seems solved now :

I wanted to reach out to you and provide an update on the error that you reported to us earlier regarding issues pulling files using our CLI. I'm happy to inform you that the issue has been resolved, and our team has taken the necessary steps to ensure that it won't happen again.
