Support Python 3.9 #306

@terencehonles has updated our transifex-client to use python3 successfully. Something did not work into our merging pipeline (appveyor) thus I created that PR as a workaround to unblock the process.

It really looks like appveyor might be building but is not updating GitHub https://ci.appveyor.com/project/transifex/transifex-client/builds/35855608

which can probably be fixed by looking into the appveyor permissions as mentioned https://help.appveyor.com/discussions/problems/5147-appveyor-build-status-does-not-automatically-show-on-github-pr

Hello @strokirk , I would like to inform you that our engineers will look into this. However, you can also use our new Tx Client based on API 3.0 You can download it here: https://github.com/transifex/cli

I'd love to use new new Tx client, but since this warning is listed on it's README we will wait until it is ready to use:

⚠️ If you are in a production environment, we suggest using the previous implementation of the client, since we cannot guarantee there won't be bugs or data loss.
