[WAS] Confirm all agencies are represented in all dates

Need to cross-reference to make sure all the agencies we settle on are included in all dates

This requires double-checking that various agencies and their respective (sometimes multiple) GTFS feeds are captured.

Some checks that could be useful:

• Add up the total number of stops in all feeds together (i.e. the total regional stops)
• Add up the total number of routes in all feeds together
• List the unique route_types in routes.txt for each package
