Add total count information #284

Add total operator count and/or total page count

@meghanhade how about implementing this in the context of the geo search drop-down? For example:

feed registry transitland 2016-05-11 16-46-51

BTW, that's just me hacking the HTML in Chrome dev tools--not actually implementing any template logic.

Counts are available when filtering down to a country/state/region (added in #339), but I'll leave this issue open in case it's worth adding a grand total counts that display when no filters are applied.
