UK feeds dead link #550

The data linked through https://planar.network/projects/feeds to the GTFS feeds for both eurostar and rail delivery group are dead links. The S3 links link nowhere.

Should probably be removed from the atlas.

Hi!

I've followed the instructions in https://github.com/planarnetwork/dtd2mysql and believe I've generated an equivalent file using the newest data. I've uploaded it to https://md.dyne.link/gbrail-gtfs.zip and intend to keep it there for the foreseeable future. I hope I did the conversion correctly.
