Handle Trunk vs Branch headways

Right now we only handle branch headways, but merge them in so they get read as trunk headways

We should calculate both trunk and branch headways for trunk stops on the green line especially

Example:

Government center looks like this

This is because each point is pulling a branch headway

We have the oposite problem on historical files

We're showing branch headways even though we're at a trunk station

We should apply the same logic to both LAMP and historic
