Allow building a form of the full system map

I'm really unsure of how to get the overlapping part of this to work, seems like it would be an incredible PITA to reorient the existing diagrams to resemble the map :thinking:

would it be worth considering rendering a map based on GTFS instead of manually trying to replicate the diagram?
