Please review this PR carefully.

I used data from an old script to strip the vowels and any potential cantillation marks from the Hebrew words in the XML file.

I spot checked about 2%-3% of the changes and didn't not see that anything nasty happened.

It appears this removes all vowels and cantillation, right? I think our goal is to maintain the vowels where A-S has them.

Daniel is correct. We do want the vowel pointing which is in the original A-S pdf.
