First, thank you so much for providing this lexicon, and for all the labor that has gone into digitizing it.
Second, please consider merging this pull request. It has two kinds of changes:
The lemma for *(ROU/Q had a Latin lower-case "o" instead of an omicron, both in the lemma and in the ... element.
There were various variations of the attribute "osisRef". These have all been normalized to "osisRef".
