Fix @osisRef values and corresonding <ref> content in either XML file… #96

… (found because the two XML files differed at these points) in entries for ἁγνός, ἀμήν, ἄν_1, βάτος_2, γάζα, γίνομαι, γινώσκω, ἐάν, τίς; correct mispelling of 'τ. καρδίας' in entry for γινώσκω in the lemma file.
